How do I use my YAY E-Gift Card?
You will have received a message or an email when you get a YAY E-Gift Card. After that you will need to install the YAY mobile app to activate and use it.
From there, use your digital YAY E-Gift Card just like any other prepaid virtual card. To pay in stores, add it to your mobile wallet. To pay online, use Apple/Google Pay or enter the card details at the check out.
Note you can use your YAY E-Gift Card to purchase at YAY brands only.
How do I gift a YAY E-Gift Card?

How do I create a new PIN?
To create a new pin open the YAY Moments app and click on "Forgot your PIN". This will send a request to your email. Open the email and click the button to confirm the request. Then, return to the YAY Moments app and create a new PIN.
Where can I find my gift card in the YAY Moments app?
You can find your gift card in the YAY Moments app by selecting the "My gift cards" button located at the bottom right of the screen. Simply click on the button, and your gift card will be displayed.
Where can I use my YAY gift card?
In the YAY Moments app, you can find YAY's partners by clicking the "All Brands" button at the bottom of the screen. On YAY's website you can press here: YAY Partners or select the "Where to Spend" button at the top right of the page.
Where can I see my purchase/usage history?
In the YAY Moments app. To view your purchase history, tap the "Account" button at the bottom right of the screen, then select "Purchase History". To see your usage history, tap the "My gift cards" button at the bottom of the screen, then select "Spending history".
Where can I find the receipt for the purchase?
In the YAY Moments app, you will find your receipt when you tap the "Account" button at the bottom right of the screen and then select “Purchase History". Then press the purchased gift card, and press “View receipt” and the receipt will appear. You can share the receipt or send to your email, registered to your account.
